Vegetarian burgers are very trendy nowadays. Almost every restaurant has one on the menu. But I find most creations disapointing, I must say. Not this one though! Cheesy, crispy and simple. And perfect for tailoring to your own tastes. Use spices in the patties, or use different toppings, whatever you like. And for the non-vegetarians: put some crispy bacon on top…..yum.
