Beautiful summer days make you thirsty. Why not skip the alcoholic beverages tonight and cool off with a refreshing mocktail, or alcohol free cocktail. You can keep on drinking all evening and still get up fresh in the morning!

Total: 10 minutes
Servings: 4 persons

  • 3 – 4 teabags of green tea
  • 4 limes
  • 3 tbs honey
  • 500 ml sparkling water
  • ice cubes
  • 4 sprigs of fresh mint

  1. Rinse 4 sturdy glasses with cold water and place in the freezer
  2. With the teabags, make one liter of strong green tea and let cool
  3. Slice one lime in thin slices
  4. Press the 3 other limes
  5. Add the lime juice and the honey to the cooled green tea
  6. Take the glasses out of the freezer and fill with icecubes and green tea
  7. Add sparkling water to the glasses
  8. Decorate with the fresh mint and slices of lime

Variation: in stead of honey, try ginger sirup, or pine apple juice.
