Cooler with green tea, mint and lime

Beautiful summer days make you thirsty. Why not skip the alcoholic beverages tonight and cool off with a refreshing mocktail, or alcohol free cocktail. You can keep on drinking all evening and still get up fresh in the morning!

Notes
Variation: in stead of honey, try ginger sirup, or pine apple juice.
Ingredients
- 3 – 4 teabags of green tea
- 4 limes
- 3 tbs honey
- 500 ml sparkling water
- ice cubes
- 4 sprigs of fresh mint
Instructions
- Rinse 4 sturdy glasses with cold water and place in the freezer
- With the teabags, make one liter of strong green tea and let cool
- Slice one lime in thin slices
- Press the 3 other limes
- Add the lime juice and the honey to the cooled green tea
- Take the glasses out of the freezer and fill with icecubes and green tea
- Add sparkling water to the glasses
- Decorate with the fresh mint and slices of lime
